What is wheel throwing?

Wheel throwing is the process of shaping and forming clay into usable shapes on the pottery wheel. Our talented instructors offer classes and workshops for all ages and skill levels. Don’t worry if you’re inexperienced! The team is here to help you have the best time you can.

Adult Beginner Wheel:

Adult will learn the basics of wheel throwing by forming and throwing simple shapes on the potter’s wheel. This is an introductory workshop for beginners that allows guests to experience the feel of the wheel and create a few pieces. Ages 16 and up please.

Want to spice up your date night with something fun and creative to do? Get your hands dirty with some good old clean fun at a Pikasso Date Night! All date nights are suitable for guests with zero clay experience.

With your monthly membership, you’ll enjoy the freedom to schedule your visits during our open studio hours, allowing you to work at your own pace and embrace the therapeutic and rewarding nature of working with clay following your Beginner Wheel Workshop. While no instruction is provided, our knowledgeable and friendly staff will be on hand to offer tips and support as you embark on your pottery journey.
