Campers that have to be asked to put away their phones more than once during camp will be asked not to bring their devices for future camp dates. Campers may not record – photographs, video, social media – any other campers or any portion of camp without permission from camp staff and parents of all campers involved.

Camp Focus and Experience Expectations

While developing your child’s skills and knowledge, each week of camp will focus on a specific “theme”. Camp Projects and Mediums vary per day. We can not guarantee your child will complete any specific project. This is a Creative camp featuring various projects, not all pottery painting. Projects will all be instructor led. Campers will experience a variety of art mediums including pottery, clay, water color, acrylic painting, glass painting, oil pastels, chalk drawing and more. Through much of the day our campers will focus on the hands on process of the art projects. Children will have the opportunity to explore, experience and enjoy various art mediums with the focus being on the process versus the finished project. We encourage you to discuss these processes with your children. Dry, non fired pieces may go home each day with your camper. All fired art will be ready to pick up in 2 weeks on the Friday. We encourage you to share your child’s excitement when they bring home their works of art. All fired pottery is food safe, but should be hand washed. Camp bags must be picked up within 30 days Any camp projects not picked up by this date become property of Practically Pikasso.

Extended Care Policies

Before & After Care Policy: Before and After Care is available for an additional fee. Extended care times vary based on the camp, please read details on your actual camp booking. Before and after care must be registered for and paid in advance, as staff are not scheduled for before/after care unless there is a need. Before and after care campers will be provided coloring and games during extended care times and will have the option to watch a movie. This is the only time personal electronics or toys are permitted at camp.
