Spin It Saturday Beginners Wheel

Adult will learn the basics of wheel throwing by forming and throwing simple shapes on the potter’s wheel. This is an introductory workshop for beginners that allows young artists to experience the feel of the wheel. Students will create 1-2 pieces in this 2 hour workshop (approx 1.5 hours of instruction). Price includes all materials and clay firing.
Your instructor will help you choose the best finished pieces to safely kiln fire. Clay will be kiln fired and ready to pick up in approx 2-3 weeks. You may choose to paint your fired creations for an additional $8 per person (payable upon return to paint). This workshop will take place at our 6850 Central Avenue location.
